Point 2: Coping With Urges

Now that we’ve decided we want to make changes we need to learn and utilize tools that can help us cope with urges. It can be difficult because of the repetitiveness of the activity we partook in. Feelings can be intense and we are creatures of habit. Many times we just gave in. It’s going to take strong mental and emotional commitment to succeed in making the necessary changes.

While urges can be difficult, mentally and emotionally, it’s not impossible to stick to your commitment to change old habits. You can do this.
